Platform

Our online platform for mobile and email marketing allows you to quickly launch and easily manage marketing campaigns. Campaigns are generally created in just a few short steps:

  1. Log into the platform.
  2. Select one of our many turn-key campaign options (see list at right)
  3. Choose a unique keyword that identifies your campaign from all others in our system.
  4. Specify response text and optional content (like email content to your customer after we collect their email address for you).
  5. Activate your campaign.

In most cases, prospects and customers text your keyword to our "short code" (a short phone number used for text messaging) of 70259 in order to retrieve the information you've posted or to subscribe to your list.

When we receive an incoming text message to your keyword, we store the sender's mobile number for you for future mobile marketing campaigns, and the sender receives the response that you have chosen.

Using our built-in campaigns, you can reply with a simple text message, hold a contest or vote, deliver an email message, send a link to a mobile web page, and more. Using our powerful API, SMS can easily be integrated into your existing systems for customized content.

Direct Response

Response Only campaigns allow you to distribute information via text messages in response to a request text by a consumer. Use this campaign to distribute dynamic information, such as the current price of an automobile or event tickets, or to report the current weather conditions. This option does not build a subscription list or allow for consumers to be remarketed to in the future.

Interactive campaigns are fully customizable giving your users menus of choices. They allow you to have a two-way conversation with your consumers, quickly and easily sharing information with them about your events/products/services/etc. any time, any place.

How to Use

  2. Someone texts your KEYWORD to our service's phone number, 70259
  3. They receive a response with the information you provided on your keyword

    Example: At an event, attendees are prompted to text in to receive event-specific information about food/entertainment/activites/etc.

  4. If this is an interactive menu, this response might offer a menu of choices like FOOD, TODO MUSIC, or MORE
  5. Attendee responds with the correlated SUBKEY from the menu of choices

    Example: Please respond with:
    FOOD for food specials
    TODO for event activities
    MUSIC for live-entertainment schedule
    or MORE for additional menu options

  6. Additional information is sent based on the SUBKEY response you configured

E-mail Follow-Up

"Close the loop" between in-store and out-of-home promotions and online activities.

Want to capture more information than just mobile phone numbers? Use an E-mail Required campaign that prompts the textor to reply with an email address to complete registration. Once and email address is provided, we send a branded email to the respondent which may include a link to a registration web site that allows you to collect complete data.

Real Estate Listing

Connect with potential real estate buyers instantly! Put property information directly in the hands of interested customers through an integrated text messaging and internet campaign. Two convenient price models offered: multi-property or one-time one property. Pick the multi-property to promote up to 20 properties with your own custom KEYWORD, or choose the one-time one property to list one property until it is sold.

How to Use

  3. Potential buyers text in with the property’s unique ID

Mobile Business Card

This service allows you to distribute your contact information using your mobile phone. Your business card is delivered via a text and/or email message, and VCARD-capable devices can load your contact information directly into their address book.

Customer Loyalty

The fastest way for a retailer or restauranteur to build an opt-in list for mobile and e-mail marketing. This fully automated loyalty program allows you to capture customer data during the checkout process without significantly slowing line processing. Simply ask customers if they would like to join the program and enter their mobile number into your POS or a separate registration station. We contact the customer for you by text message and collect the rest of their sign-up data.

How to Use

  1. Customer either provides their mobile phone number for entry into the point of sale system, or taps their number into a digital station at the checkout
  2. Instantly, the customer receives a welcome text message to your loyalty program
  3. Each subsequent time the customer visits, their number is entered into the POS or the digital station
  4. At each visit, the customer receives a text message updating them on their progress in the loyalty program

    Example: Thank you for visiting us today! Visit 3 more times to earn your reward!

  5. There is also the ability to prompt for the consumer to complete registration online by replying to the welcome message with their email address. This allows you to gather more information, like name, address, preferences, date of birth, etc.

Data Collection

We query subscribers for a piece of data you would like to collect, like their color preference for one of your products, sales figures from store managers in your network, or other simple data. We store the responses and allow you to download those responses for later analysis.

A direct response campaign where we pull the response from your web site based on the link you provide.

How to Use

  3. We make a request to your web site, transmitting the mobile numnber and content of the text message
  4. We read the response from your web site, which might be the result of a database lookup, and transmit that data back to the requestor
  5. Any subsequent responses from the reqeustor are also sent to your web application, allowing you to implement a two-way challenge-response conversation!

HTTP API

In as little five minutes, you can be set up to send and receive SMS messages via our short code. These ready-made scripts are available to help you connect to our platform through your chosen programming language. These scripts all work with the HTTP API.
