Sundrop Mobile Releases Integration to StoreNext's ISS45 Enabling Mobile Loyalty for Grocery Stores
Orlando, Fla. (November 10, 2011) – Sundrop Mobile announced today that it has released its integration for StoreNext’s ISS45 retail grocer Point of Sale (POS) system, allowing grocers to modernize their customer loyalty programs with mobile and social media.
Sundrop Mobile Loyalty simplifies in-store registration by allowing consumers to register for the grocer’s loyalty program by simply keying in their mobile number during the transaction. Sundrop Mobile Loyalty then leads the consumer through a quick registration process that leverages social login via the consumer’s mobile device, providing simplicity and convenience for the customer and rich data analytics and customized marketing capabilities for the grocer.
Once registered, the grocer can leverage Sundrop Mobile Loyalty to deliver targeted offers directly to their customers’ mobile devices based on each customer’s purchase history, social graph and advocacy, and other data. Consumers receiving these personally-customized offers can attach them to their mobile loyalty card to have them automatically added to their ticket during checkout.
Sundrop’s first installation at Checkers grocery store in Lawrence, KS, is part of the Give Back community-wide coalition loyalty program. The integration streamlines in-store operations, allowing consumers to easily join the program during checkout, earn points at Checkers and any of the other 75 participating merchants, and redeem accumulated stored value credit anywhere in the Give Back network, including directly through Sundrop’s StoreNext ISS45 integration. “Checkers is a high-volume local grocer and a cornerstone member of Give Back.
