Need
Status Liquors wanted an easy and cost-effective way to notify customers of in-store promotions and other company events. Status Liquors was also looking for a loyalty and reward solution that is POS-integrated, has a simple and fast sign up process, and is easy for customers to participate.
Solution
The mobile technology provided by Sundrop is ideal for loyalty and reward programs. Because there are no cards to carry, consumer participation in Sundrop’s mobile loyalty solution is very high, particularly when compared to traditional card-based programs. Once the customer’s mobile number is entered into the POS, the merchant is “hands-off” for the rest of the program, making it operationally easy to implement in the store. Customers complete registration, providing a full data profile and social media authorization, via text and email when it is convenient for them.
